4.—WAIKAHIKATEA DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north-west by the Wairoa river; on the north-east by the south-western boundary of Walton’s claim to the Mangauui river; on the south-east by the Mangauui river aforesaid, and the north-western boundaries of the parish of Arapohue to the Wairoa river; and on the south-west by the Wairoa river aforesaid.
5.—MARERETU DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north-east by the south-western boundary of the Ruarangi block and the Great North road; on the south-east by the north-west boundary of the Piton block and the northern boundary of the Paparoa block; on the south-west by the north-east boundary of the Matakohe Block; and on the north-west by the south-east boundary of the Waikiekie block, and the same produced to the Mangauui river.
6.—TAURAROA DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north by the northern boundary of Walton’s claim; on the north-east by the parishes of Maungakaramea and Ruarangi; on the south-east by the north-west boundary of the Waikiekie block; on the south-west by the parish of Okahu and the south-western boundary of Walton’s claim; and on the west by the Wairoa river.
7.—RUARANGI DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north-east by the parish of Mangapai; on the east by the Great North road; on the south-west by the parishes of Mareretu, Waikickie, and Tauraroa; and on the north-west by the parish of Maungakaramea.
8.—WAIKIEKIE DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north-east by the Ruarangi block; on the south-east by the north-western boundary of the Mareretu block, and the same produced to the Mangauui river; on the south-west by the Mangauui river aforesaid; and on the north-west by the south-eastern boundary of the Tauraroa block.
9.—HIKURANGI DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north-east by the north-eastern boundary of the Hikurangi Block; on the south-east by the north-western boundary of the Mareretu block, on the north-west of the Whakahara and Okahu and the same produced to the Mangauui river; on the south-west by the Mangauui river aforesaid; and on the north-west by the south-eastern boundary of the Tauraroa, and the Whakapara river.
10.—WHAKAPIRIU DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north by the southern boundaries of Maungaturoto block; on the east by the Otamatea river; on the south by the Arapaua river; and on the west by Te Pahi river to the point of commencement.
11.—PUKEKARORO DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of the Waipu block; on the north-east by the south-western boundary of the Mangawai block; on the south-east by the Hakuru river, and the south-eastern boundary of the Ikaaranganui block; on the south-west by the south-western boundary of the Ikaaranganui block aforesaid, the Kaiwaka River, and the south-eastern boundaries of Grahame and Wright’s claims to the point of commencement.
12.—MANAIA DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north by the Pataua river; on the east by the sea; on the south by the sea to the entrance of Whangarei harbour; and on the west by the Whangarei harbour aforesaid, and portion of the northern boundaries of the Manaia block aforesaid to the Waitangata river, and by the Waitangata river aforesaid, and the Waikare river, to the point of commencement.
13.—OKAHU DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north by the Okahu river; on the north-east by the Mangauui river; on the south-east by the south-eastern boundary of the Okahu block, and the north-western boundary of the Toka Toka block to the Wairoa river; on the south-west by the Wairoa river aforesaid to the north-western boundary of the parish of Arapohue; and thence, on the north-west by the north-western boundaries of the Arapohue parish aforesaid to the point of commencement.
14.—OMARU DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north-east by the south-western boundary of the Waikiekie block; on the east by the western boundary of the parish of Matakohe and the Wairoa rivulet; on the south-west by the Wairoa river; and on the north-west by the south-eastern boundaries of the Whakahara and Okahu blocks.
15.—MATAKOHE DISTRICT.
Bounded on the north by the Mangauui river; on the east by the western boundaries of the parishes of Mareretu and Paparoa; on the south-east by the Arapaua river, the south-eastern boundary of the Matakohe
