5.—WAITAKEREI EAST DISTRICT.

Former boundaries detailed in Gazette No. 10, vol. X., folio 64, 1862.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded on the north by the southern boundaries of the Waitakerei West Highways District to the Great North Road; on the east by the Great North Road aforesaid; on the south by part of the southern boundaries of Henderson and Macfarlane’s claim aforesaid to the north angle of Lot 93 of the parish of Karangahape, and by the northern boundary of the parish of Karangahape aforesaid to the sea; and on the west by the sea.

6.—PUKEKOHE DISTRICT.

Former boundaries detailed in Gazette No. 10, vol. X., folio 64, 1862.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded on the north by the southern boundaries of allotments Nos. 60 and 79, the southern and eastern boundaries of lot 82, part of the eastern boundary of lot 74 and the southern boundary of lot No. 81, all of the parish of Karaka, part of the western boundary of lot 56, the western and southern boundaries of lot 55, the southern and part of the eastern boundary of lot 54, and the southern boundary of lot 51, all of the parish of Opaheke, to the Great South Road; on the east by the Great South Road aforesaid to the Waikato river; on the south by the Waikato river aforesaid to the eastern boundary of Camerontown, and on the west by the eastern boundary of Camerontown aforesaid, and part of a grant to John Williamson, Esq., and the north-western boundary of lot No. 44, to lot No. 74, being a native reserve, thence by the western boundary of the aforesaid native reserve to the point of commencement.

7.—WAIPU DISTRICT.

Former boundaries detailed in Gazette No. 18, vol. X., folio 111, 1862.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded on the north by the southern boundaries of the Mangapai and Ruakaka blocks; on the north-east by the east coast from Ureti to the north-western boundary of the village of Moiesworth; on the south-east by the north-western boundary of Molesworth aforesaid, the road from Mangawai to Waipu the north-western boundary of Mr. Henry’s selection and a native reserve; and on the south-west by the north-eastern boundaries of the parishes of Kaiwaka and Wairau and by the Great North Road.

8.—WHAREORA DISTRICT.

Former boundaries detailed in Gazette No. 8, vol. XI., folio 62, 1863.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded on the north by the northern boundary of Sir Robert Douglas’s land claim; and the northern boundary of the Whareora block from the Waitaua river to the north-eastern angle of lot 59 of the parish of Parahaki; thence on the north-east by the north-eastern boundary of the Whareora block aforesaid to the top of the Whanui mountain; on the south by the southern boundary of the Whareora block aforesaid, to the northern angle of lot 208 of the parish of Owhiwa; thence from that angle and by the north-western boundary of lot 208 aforesaid, and the south-western boundary of lot 209, to the eastern angle of lot 7 of the parish of Wairara; thence by the south-eastern boundary of lot 7 aforesaid and the south-eastern boundaries of lots 6, 5, 4, and 3 of the parish of Wairara aforesaid, and the western and southern boundaries of Dent’s grant to the Whangarei river; on the south-west by the Whangarei river aforesaid; and on the north-west by the Waitaua river.

9.—WAITAKEREI SOUTH DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded on the north by the northern boundaries of the parish of Karangahape, and part of the southern boundaries of Henderson and Macfarlanes’ claim to the north-eastern angle of Lot 6 of the parish of Waikomiti; on the east by Lot 6 aforesaid to Parr’s creek; on the south-east by Parr’s creek aforesaid to Lot 68 of the parish of Waikomiti aforesaid, thence by the northern boundaries of Lot 68 aforesaid, the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of Lot 76, the western boundaries of lots 38 and 70, the northern and western boundaries of Lot 82, the northern boundary of Lot 73, and the northern and western boundary of Lot 78.
