Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons who names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Kahiti o Nui Tireni, will be investigated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Helensville, Kaipara, on the 20th December next, and following days.

Ko nga tangata katoa e whai tikanga ana mo ana whenua me haere ki reira.
Ka oti te whakawa, ka puta te Karauna Karaiti ki te hunga, i kitea tona tika e te Kooti: heoiano, he tino whakaotinga tena; ekore rawa e tika kia peke mai tetahi tangata ki muri.

NOTICE is hereby given that the titles of persons to land within the district of country hereunder described, will be investigated under the "Native Lands Act, 1865," and the "East Coast Land Titles Investigation Act, 1866," as soon as the surveys thereof shall be sufficiently advanced. Information will be given of the times and places of session in a future notice.

All that territory within the Province of Auckland, bounded as follows:—to the North and East by the sea from Lottery Point to the Northern boundary of the Province of Hawke’s Bay; thence by the said boundary to the summit of the Maunga Haruru Range; thence by a line to Haurangi; thence by a line to Purororongi; thence by a line to Hikurangi, and thence by a line to Lottery Point.

Kia oti te whenua te ruri ka whakatuturia te ra me te wahi e tu ai te Kooti; kei tetahi atu Panuitanga.
