Ko te mea, i tetahi Ki Runanga i puta i te 6 o nga ra o te marama nei, i mea te Kawanatanga ko tona Runanga, i runga i nga tikanga o te Ture mo nga Whenua Maori, 1865, ko te paanga o Tamati Waka Nene, o Eruera Patuone, o etahi atu, ki tetahi pihi whenua, ko Waitaroto te ingoa, o tata anaki Peowhairangi i whakawakia i te 3 o nga ra o Hurae, 1866, me whakawakou, ki te aroaro ano o te Kai whakawa Pakeha o nga Kai whakawa Maori i noho i tera whakawakanga. Me tuatua whakawakanga tuarua ki mua mai o te 50 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1867.

Notice of Time and Place for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the adjourned hearing of the Claims of the person whose name is mentioned in the first column of the schedule hereunder written to the blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, will be investigated at Taupo, Hauraki, on the 11th of December next, and following days.

Auckland, October 22nd, 1866.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 6th instant, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under this authority of the β€œNative Lands Act 1865” that the claim of Tamati Waka Nene, Eruera Patuone, and others, to a piece of land called Waitaroto near the Bay of Islands, in the Province of Auckland, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand on the 3rd of July last, should be reheard before the Judge and Assessors of the Court therein mentioned, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 30th day of January next. Now I hereby give Notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court, will be held at Onoke, Hokianga, on the 1st of November next, for the rehearing of the aforesaid claims.
