NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written to the several Blocks of Land of which the Names and Localities are mentioned in the second column, will be investigated on the days and at the places mentioned in the third column.

General Agent; Colin McDonald, of Kyber Pass Road, near Auckland, Settler; George Gallagher, of the North Shore, near Auckland, Publican; Sandford Rowe, of Auckland, Theatrical Manager; and William Stephenson, of Auckland, Builder.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court-house, Eden-street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the twenty-first day of June instant, for the final hearing of the petitions of the above-named debtors, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act. Dated this fifth day of June, 1865.
