NOTIFICATION.
QUEEN-STREET WHARF.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 6th June, 1865.
In pursuance of the authority vested in me by the "Wharf Regulations Act, 1858," I have added to the regulations now in force the following viz:—
"From and after the 4th day of July, 1865, no clay, or earth, or rubbish, shall be shipped as ballast on board any Vessel laying at the Queen Street Wharf; and no clay, or earth, or rubbish, shall on any pretence whatever be carted up or down the said wharf without the express permission of the Wharfinger."
And I hereby give notice that the same will come into operation at the expiration of one month from the date hereof.

Notice of Times and Places for investigating Claims.
Notice is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written to the several Blocks of Land, of which the Names and Localities are mentioned in the second column, will be investigated at the house of Patene Puhata, Hauraki, Waiheke, on the days mentioned in the third column.
