Johnson, of Newcastle, on the
Waikato River, Victualler; Sophia
Paris James, and Louis Rose
James, both of Auckland and
Mangapai, Merchants and Hotel-
keepers, carrying on business under
the style or firm of “S. P. James
and Son;” Henry Harris of
the Whau Road, Carter; Frederick
William Ruck, of Parnell, Captain
in the Waikato Militia; John
Waddington Greaves, of Otahuhu,
near Auckland, Settler; John
Taylor, of Auckland, Mason;
John Cromwell, of Auckland,
Baker; George Blackburn, of
Auckland, Plasterer; and Charles
Stratford Dennis, of Auckland,
Settler.
NOTICE is hereby Given that the Creditors
of the above-named debtors are, on or
before the twentieth day of June instant, to
come in and prove their debts at the Court
House, Auckland; and Notice is further given
that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the
Court House aforesaid, on Wednesday, the
twenty-first day of June instant, at Eleven
'o'clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the
Petitions of the above-named debtors, for the
discharge of such of the above-named debtors
as the Court shall think entitled to the same,
and for the despatch of all business accruing
under the said Act. Dated this fifth day of
June, 1865.

first instance will be by affidavit.
