RETURN of IMPROVEMENTS effected to the undersigned upon CREDIT LAND during the preceding year 1860.

Edward Rhodes Mangatawhiri 62 About 15 acres cleared and in pasture, fenced in 2 paddocks. 5½ acres felled to burn this year. 1 acre garden completely fenced with paling fence. Good weatherboard dwelling house, barn, stockyard, &c.
