IN accordance with the 53rd Clause of the Auckland Waste Land Act, the following Returns are published for general information.

RETURN of Improvements effected by the undersigned upon Credit Land during the preceding year, 1860.

Name of Lessee. District. No. of Acres. Improvements.
Robert Clifford Parahaki 69½ Six acres of fern land burnt off, which will be sown with grass seed this autumn.

We certify the above Return to be correct.

Henry Falls Parahaki 57 Six acres of fern land burnt off, which is about to be sown in grass. About one chain of bush land cleared in crop.
