Registrar of Supreme Court appointed.

Wellington, March 17, 1875.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

FREDERICK GEORGE MORGAN, Esq.,
to be Registrar of Hokitika of the Supreme Court, vice J. M. Batham, Esq., transferred.
This appointment to date from the 1st April next.

Deputy Commissioner of Stamps appointed.

Office of the Commissioner of Stamps,
Wellington, March 16, 1875.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

FREDERICK GEORGE MORGAN, Esq.,
to be Deputy Commissioner of Stamp Duties for the Province of Westland, vice J. M. Batham, Esq., resigned. This appointment to take effect on and from the 1st day of April, 1875.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," that the lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed are opened for sale.

BLOCK CIII (Suburban).
Arahura District.

Bounded on the north-eastward by the south-western side of the Hokitika and Kanieri road; on the north-westward by sections 1107 and 1741, and the eastern boundary of Block IV. (Suburban); on the south-westward by the north bank of the Hokitika river; and on the eastward by the Kanieri town boundary west.

Subject to roads and necessary reserves, and tail races, and exclusive of gold workings.

Hokitika, March 29, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Section thirty-nine of "The Crown Grants Act, 1866," that the following Crown Grant is now ready for delivery to the Grantee.

The land included in the said Crown Grant being subject to the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, the Crown Grant will be delivered by the District Land Registrar.
