HOKITIKA, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 1875.
IT is hereby notified in accordance with the provisions of Section sixty of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that Block LI. (fifty-one), Totara District, (with the exception of the piece of land described in the Schedule hereunder), is withdrawn from sale.

SCHEDULE.
Forty acres, more or less, situate in Block LI. (fifty-one) Totara District; bounded on the South-eastward by the East boundary of Block; on the Southward by the Road Reserve along the North bank of the Mikonui River; on the North-eastward by a line forty chains distant from, and generally parallel with Southern boundary; and on the Westward by a line to include the quantity.
Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of gold-workings.
