day of May, 1873, and also by a proclamation issued by His Excellency the Governor, dated the twenty-fifth day of June 1873, it was ordered that the parcels of land described in the first Schedule hereto annexed should be sold; and that the time, place, and conditions of the said sale should be fixed by the Waste Lands Board of the Province of Westland, and should be published in The Province of Westland Gazette at least two calendar months before such sale should take place:
It is hereby notified that on Thursday, the sixteenth day of April next, at the Land Office, Hokitika, the improved Reserves mentioned in the said Schedule No. 1, will be offered to the occupiers in the subdivisions, and at the prices mentioned in Schedules numbered 2 and 3 hereunto annexed.
The sale will commence at twelve noon.
The improved subdivisions of the said Reserves must be purchased, and the purchase money paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue at any sitting of the board within three months from the date of being offered for sale.
