IT is hereby notified, in accordance with Section 60 of the “Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the Waste Lands Board have withdrawn from sale the lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed.

Arahura District.

Commencing at the North-East corner of Rural Section No. 1263, and extending thence north-easterly parallel with the One Mile Line to D.E. Line; thence westerly along said D.E. Line to One Mile Line beforementioned; thence south-westerly along One Mile Line to north-western corner of said section 1263; and thence south-easterly along Northern boundary of said section 1263 to the commencing point.

to be Registrar of Marriages, and of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, and also Vaccination Inspector, for the District of Okarito, as the same is defined in Proclamation of the 8th day of May, 1873, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 28, of the 9th of May, 1873.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section Ten of “The Westland Waste Lands Act Amendment Act, 1873,” that the Waste Lands Board have reserved the lands described as below in the Schedule annexed for the sale of timber thereon.

SCHEDULE.

Commencing at the north-east corner of Rural Section 1263, and extending thence north-easterly, parallel with the One Mile Line to D.E. Line; thence westerly along the said D.E. Line to the One Mile Line before-mentioned; thence south-westerly along the One Mile Line to north-western corner of said Section 1263; and thence south-easterly along north boundary of Section 1263 to the commencing point; exclusive of road reserve, one chain wide on both banks of the Ho Ho Creek, running through the above block.

ADVERTISEMENTS in the Province of Westland Gazette, will be charged for according to the following scale:—

For every seventy-two words and under, 5s.

Tabular matter, double the above rate.

In all cases where figures are required each figure counts as a word.

All Advertisements must be sent to the Provincial Secretary’s Office, and at the same time pre-payment (by money order when necessary) according to the above rates must be made.
