HIS Honor the Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Westland, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Regulation:—
All communications which it is necessary should be brought under the notice of the Government, must be addressed to the “Provincial Secretary, Hokitika.”

It is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section Forty-three of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the lands described in the Schedule hereto attached are open for sale.

BLOCK XCVII., (Rural.)
Situate in the Grey District.
Bounded on the eastward by the west shore of Lake Brunner, and extending south-westerly up the Big Hohonu Creek, a distance of one mile and of an average depth of forty chains on each bank.
Subject to necessary reserves and gold workings.
