TOTARA DISTRICT.

Forty-nine acres more or less, bounded on
the south-west by section 1090; on the north-west by a road reserve along the Totara
Lagoon; on the south-east by reserve No. 9
(in red;) and on the north-east by a straight
line parallel to south-west boundary to include the quantity; subject to roads, reserves,
and goldworkings.

ARAHURA DISTRICT.

Six acres more or less, bounded on the
eastward by a road; on the westward by
section 1301; on the northward by the
twenty acres reserved from sale, published in
the County of Westland Gazette, No. 18, of
the 15th July, 1872; and on the southward
by a line to include the quantity; subject to
roads, reserves, and goldworkings.

NOTICE.

No application entered in the Application
Book after Eleven a.m., on the day on
which the Waste Lands Board sits, will be
heard on that day; but all such applications
will be disposed of by the Board, in order,
at its next sitting or at some subsequent
sitting.

for according to the following scale:

necessary) according to the above rates must
be made.
