LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
Notice is hereby given, that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding the same.
COUNTY OF WESTLAND.
GEORGE SAMUEL SALE, of Dunedin,
Professor of the Otago University.—5 acres,
part of Rural Sections 8235 and 8236,
County of Westland. Bounded—North-west by the Town Belt, Hokitika, 884 links;
North-east by Russell Road, 720 links;
South-east by other parts of the said sections, about 565 links; and South-west by a Road Reserve, about 820 links.
Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
Dated this 2nd day of October, 1871, at the Lands Registry Office, Hokitika.
