IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," that the following lands described in the schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale:—

SCHEDULE.
BLOCK XXXVI (RURAL).
TOTARA DISTRICT.
Bounded on the northward by block X (rural) and line H0; on the westward by block X (rural); on the southward by a line three (3) miles distant from and generally parallel to line H0; and on the eastward by the Hokitika River.
Exclusive of gold workings.
BLOCK LXVIII (RURAL).
ARAHURA DISTRICT.
Situate between Christchurch Road and Greenstone Road; bounded on the northward by a line forty (40) chains from and generally parallel to the Junction Road; on the eastward by Block V. (rural); on the southward by a line forty (40) chains from and generally parallel to the Junction Road.
BLOCK XLIX (RURAL).
Exclusive of necessary reserves, and subject to gold workings.
BLOCK LXIX (SUBURBAN).
ARAHURA DISTRICT.
Situate west of and adjoining Township of Stafford; bounded on the westward by the two mile line; on the southward by the Waimea Creek; on the eastward by the west boundary of Camp Reserve, and continuation thereof; and on the northward by a line twelve hundred and fifty (1250) links from and generally parallel to the Arahura and Stafford Road.
Inclusive of islands opposite Camp Reserve, and exclusive of all necessary reserves, and subject to gold workings.
IT is hereby notified that the boundaries of Block LXVII (suburban) as gazetted in The County of Westland Gazette, No. 17, of the 8th August last, have been extended by the Waste Lands Board as follows:—
BLOCK LXVII (RURAL).
GREY DISTRICT.
Situate to the south of the town of Greymouth; bounded on the northward by Shakespeare-street, Road and Railway Reserve, and the Town Belt; on the eastward by the Town Belt.
ERRATUM.—In County of Westland Gazette, No. 15, of the 10th July, 1871, in the Proclamation accepting the surrender of a portion of the Scandinavian Company’s claim in lieu of “two acres two roods and twelve perches,” in the seventh and eighth lines from the bottom read “one acre two roods twelve perches.”
