SCHEDULE L.—TEREMAKAU AND HOHONU FERRY.
CHEFFINS AND WHITTEN.
- The punt, gear, and approaches to be maintained in good and serviceable condition subject to the approval of the County Engineer.
- Ferry to extend on both sides of the river, one mile each way, from the point at which the punt starts.
- The charges not to exceed the following rates:—

MOLE AND CASHMAN.
- The punts, gear, and approaches to be maintained in good and serviceable condition, subject to the approval of the County Engineer.
- Ferry to extend on both sides of the river, one mile each way, from the point at which the punt starts.

WILLIAM HENRY DIXON.
- Ferry to extend on both sides of the river for one mile each way from the point at which the boat starts.
- Occupation authorised of available land immediately adjacent to the ferry, not to exceed 25 acres.
- Authority to occupy—one year, with option of renewal; the right being reserved to the Okarito Road Board to erect a bridge at any time, and, in the event of such a work being undertaken by the Road Board, the protection to cease.
- Amount of subsidy, £40 per annum.
