in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy, the rates, dues, and charges mentioned and set forth in the first part of the Schedule to the Proclamation of the 14th March, 1870, published in the County of Westland Gazette, of the 28th March, 1870, No. 13, page 65, will be enforced on all goods landed upon the said wharf.
Given under my hand, at Hokitika, this twelfth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.
