IN pursuance of the powers vested in me,
and in conformity with Clause 331 of
the "Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," I
hereby appoint
WILLIAM HENRY JAMES, Esq.
to be one of the Fire Inspectors for the
Borough of Hokitika, in the place of Thomas
Broham, Esq., resigned, and to exercise all
the powers contained in Clause 352 of the
said Act.
