HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make the undermentioned promotions and appointments, viz.:—

In the First Westland Rifle Volunteers.

William Fisher to be Ensign.

In the Second Westland Rifle Volunteers.

William Evans to be Captain.
Date of Commission, 2nd June, 1869.

John Conway Frew to be Lieutenant.

In the Totara Rifle Volunteers.
