HOKITIKA, MONDAY, MAY 11, 1868.
WE, the undersigned Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of Section 32 of the Regulations for the Sale, Letting, Occupation, and Management of the Waste Lands of the Crown, in the County of Westland, do hereby proclaim that the lands described in the Schedule hereto annexed are open for sale.
Given under our hands, at Hokitika, this eleventh day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

SCHEDULE.
GREY DISTRICT.
Block No. I. (First-class Rural.)
Commencing at the North-East corner of Native Reserve No. 31, and extending up the South bank of the Grey River to the North-Western corner of Native Reserve No. 33; thence following the Western and Southern boundaries of the Reserve, and also a portion of the Western boundary of the Coal Reserve No. 274, in red, to its South-Western corner; from thence Southerly along line A K to the crossing of the Eastern branch of the Omotumotu Creek; thence Westerly down the Eastern branch of the said Creek to its junction with the main stream; thence on a line bearing 101° 45’ (magnetic) to a point distant thirty-two chains from the South-Eastern angle of Reserve No. 280, in red (Greymouth), and in line with the Eastern boundary of the said Reserve; thence Northerly to the South-Eastern angle of the same Reserve and along its Eastern boundary and the boundary of Native Reserve No. 31, to the commencing point. Exclusive of all lands sold or reserved within such boundaries.
Block No. II. (First-class Rural.)
Bounded on the North by a line thirty-two chains distant from and parallel to the Southern boundary of Reserve No. 280 in red (Greymouth); on the West by Railway and Road Reserve No. 6, in red; on the South by a line forty chains South of the point of intersection of Salt Water Creek with Reserve No. 6, in red, and bearing 105° (magnetic); and on the East by a line forty chains distant from and generally parallel to the said Reserve. Exclusive of all lands sold or reserved within such boundaries.
ARAHURA DISTRICT.
Block No. III. (Suburban.)
Bounded on the North by Native Reserve No. 30 (Arahura); on the East by Railway and Road Reserve No. 8, in red; on the South by a line forty chains South of the Hokitika Town Boundary; and on the West by the sea coast. Exclusive of all lands sold or reserved within such boundaries.
Block No. IV. (Suburban.)
Commencing at the mouth of Tucker Flat Creek, and bounded on the East by a line bearing 20° 14’ (magnetic), for a distance of seventy chains; on the North by a line bearing 308° (magnetic) to the Clogston Road; on the East by the said road and on the South by the Hokitika River. Exclusive of all lands sold or reserved within such boundaries.
Block No. V. (First-class Rural.)
Commencing at the Northern boundary of Native Reserve No. 30 (Arahura), at a point, the same being the North-East corner of Township Reserve No. 666, in red; following the Northern boundary of Native Reserve No. 30 to its North-Eastern angle.
