HIS HONOR EDWARD CLARKE, Esquire, has appointed that the Court shall sit on Friday, the first day of May next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, in the Supreme Court House, Hokitika, to transact business accruing under the Acts above referred to.

I hereby make application to Register "The Leviathan Water Race Company," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular:—

The name and style of the company is "The Leviathan Water Race Company."
The place of operations is at Kawhaka Creek, in the Waimea District.
The nominal capital of the Company is Five thousand pounds, in 500 shares of Ten pounds each.
The amount already paid-up is £1000.
The name of the Manager is MILES ASHMORE.
The office of the company is at Kawhaka Creek.
