In the matter of the Estate of the said Debtor.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Debtor having presented and filed his petition for relief under the "Debtors and Creditors Acts," ... Monday, the first May, at the Supreme Court House, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, has been appointed for hearing the said petition, at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.
