HOKITIKA, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 1868.

WE, the undersigned, Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of Section 21, of the Regulations for the sale, letting, occupation, and management of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the County of Westland, do hereby notify that Monday, the twenty-sixth day of October, in the Land Office, Hokitika, is fixed as the time and place when a Sale of Town, Suburban, and Rural Lands shall take place; and that all Improved Sections in the Town of Hokitika, which have not yet been offered for sale, will then be put up to auction.

TRESPASSING ON CROWN LANDS.

NOTICE is hereby given that after the Auction Sales of Town Lands, to be held in October, no valuation can be allowed for any improvements made on unbought land within the limits of the Towns of Hokitika, Greymouth, or Okarito. All persons desiring to occupy Town Lands, must apply at some sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in order that the section intended to be occupied may be put up to auction. Any person occupying unbought Town Lands after this notice, will be proceeded against according to law.
