Legal Notice.
I HEREBY give notice that under a writ of fieri facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court at the suit of William Clark, of Wellington; Draper, I have taken in execution the equity of redemption of George Newman Wood, of Motua, Farmer, in all that piece or parcel of land in the Metoa Block, in the District of Manawatu, in the Province of Wellington, containing by admeasurement, 427 acres and 29 poles, being sections numbered 52, 54, and 55 on the official plan of the District of Manawatu aforesaid, at present in the Survey Office in the City of Wellington, in the Province aforesaid,
bounded on the north by a public road, on the west by a public road, again on the north by section numbered thirty-seven on the plan aforesaid, a distance of four hundred links; on the north-east by a road, and again on the north-east by a Government reserve, a distance of 1500 links; on the north-west by the said Government reserve, a distance of 850 links; again on the north irregularly by the Manawatu River, and again on the north by a public road, a distance of 1150 links; on the east by a public road, a distance of 6747 links; on the south by the purchase of one Falconer Larkworthy, a distance of 8650 links; and on the west, partly by the purchase of Falconer Larkworthy aforesaid, and partly by the section numbered thirty-three on the plan aforesaid, together a distance of 5000 links.
And I give notice that I intend to cause the same land to be sold at Foxton, on the 29th day of January, 1877, at two o’clock in the afternoon.
The solicitor for the execution creditor is Mr. Edward Stafford, of Lambton-quay, Wellington.
