IT is hereby notified that the Road, one chain in width, situate in the Ohariu District, and hereinafter described, is a Public Road.
This road leaves the main road, Ohariu Valley, opposite the northern corner of section No. 26, Ohariu, traverses sections Nos. 28, 60, 58, and 57, and abuts on the south-western boundary of section 121, all in the Ohariu District.

Legal Notice.
I HEREBY give notice that under a writ of fieri facias duly issued out of the Supreme Court, at the suit of Christopher Potts, of Tauherenikau, I have taken in execution the equity of redemption of Cecil Augustus Curtis, of the City of Wellington, Schoolmaster, in all that parcel of land being part of section numbered 126 on the official map or plan of the City of Wellington, commencing at the north-western corner of the said section, and extending thence in an easterly direction, and having a frontage on Ingestre Street of 69 feet and 7 inches, and extending back from Ingestre Street aforesaid, in a southerly direction, a distance of 84 feet, and forming a rectangular block; the western boundary of which coincides with the western boundary of the said section No. 126; and that I intend to cause the same to be sold at the auction rooms in Hunter Street, in the City of Wellington, of Mr. J. H. Wallace, on the 11th day of January, 1877, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
The Solicitor for the execution creditor is Mr. F. M. Ollivier, of Featherston Street, Wellington.

I HEREBY give notice that by virtue of a writ of fieri facias, issued out of the above Honorable Court and to me directed, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon all that piece of land, being part of section numbered 135, situate in the town of Featherston, together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, the property of the defendant, having been taken in execution at the suit of the execution creditor herein; and that it is my intention to sell or cause to be sold the freehold of the said piece of land by public auction, at the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse, Featherston, on Saturday, the 11th day of November, 1876, at 12 o'clock noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment and all costs and expenses connected therewith. And I further give notice that Robert Hart and Patrick Alphonsus Buckley, of Wellington, are the solicitors for the said plaintiff.
Given under my hand and seal at Featherston aforesaid, this 7th day of August, 1876.
