Construction Order, Makirikiri and Denlair Lines of Road — Wangaehu Highway District.

THE following Construction order has been received from the Chairman of the “Wangaehu Highway Board:”—

“The Wangaehu Highway Board having considered the Plans, Sections and other documents deposited in respect of the proposed Makirikiri and Denlair lines of road, in the Wangaehu Highway District, and having considered the various objections made by the owners, lessees, and occupiers of the intersected lands, to the lines as selected and laid off for the said proposed lines by the Board’s Engineer, the Board hereby order the said lines to be constructed according to the lines so selected and laid off.”

Under the provisions of the thirty-third Clause of “The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871,” I, Henry Bunny, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby appoint that the objections referred to in the above resolution shall be heard at the Superintendent’s office, at the building belonging to the Provincial Government, on the Reclaimed Land, in the City of Wellington, on Saturday, the fourth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, at twelve o’clock, noon.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this 9th day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.
