Between HENRY JAMES PERRY, Plaintiff,
and GEORGE GILLARD, Defendant.

Amount recovered, £37 4s.

I HEREBY give notice, that by virtue
of a writ of Fieri Facias, issued out
of the above honorable Court, and to me
directed, I have caused my Bailiff to enter
upon all that piece of land, containing by
admeasurement 172 acres 1 rood and 39
perches more or less, being part of the sections
numbered 191 and 202, and the whole of
the section numbered 300 on the plan of
the Taratahi Plain Block in Wairarapa,
Bounded on the north-west by other parts
of the said sections numbered 191 and
202, 5640 links; on the north-east by a
public road 100 links wide, 2863 links;
on the east, again by the said road, 1512
links; on the south by section numbered
128 on the said Plan, 1330 links; on the
south-west by the said section numbered
128, 1428 links; and on the south-east by
the said section numbered 128, 4000 links;
and again on the south-west by sections
numbered 129 and 274 on the said Plan,
2456 links, be the same several
measurements and each and every of them a little
more or less, together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, the property
of the Defendant, having been taken in
execution at the suit of the execution
creditor herein; and that it is my intention to sell or cause to be sold the freehold
of the said piece of land by public
auction, at the Resident Magistrate’s
Court House, Carterton, on Friday, the
22nd day of December, 1876, at twelve
O’clock noon, unless satisfaction be sooner
made of the said judgment, and all costs
and expenses connected therewith; and I
further give notice, that Charles Beard
Izard and William Gascoyne Beard, of
Greytown, are the Solicitors for the said
Plaintiff.

Given under my hand and seal, at
Featherston, this 9th day of August, 1876.

of the above honorable Court, and to me
directed, I have caused my Bailiff to enter
upon all that piece of land, containing by

and JOHN MATTHEW, Defendant.

Amount recovered, £38 1s. 6d.

I HEREBY give notice that by virtue
of a writ of Fieri Facias issued out of
the above Honorable Court and to me
directed, I have caused my Bailiff to
enter upon all that piece of land, being
part of section numbered 135, situate in
the town of Featherston, together with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging,
the property of the defendant, having
been taken in execution at the suit of the
execution creditor herein; and that it is
my intention to sell or cause to be sold
the freehold of the said piece of land by
public auction, at the Resident Magistrate’s Courthouse, Featherston, on
Saturday, the 11th day of November, 1876,
at 12 O’clock noon, unless satisfaction be
sooner made of the said judgment and
all costs and expenses connected therewith.
And I further give notice that Robert
Uart and Patrick Alphonsus Buckley, of
Wellington, are the solicitors for the
said plaintiff.

Given under my hand and seal at
Featherston aforesaid, this 7th day of
August, 1876.
