CROWN LANDS WITHDRAWN FROM SALE.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Henry Bunny, Esq.,
Deputy Superintendent of the
Province of Wellington, in the
Colony of New Zealand.
I, HENRY BUNNY, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, withdraw from sale so much of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the Manawatu District, in the Wanganui District, and in the City of Wellington, as are set forth and fully described in the schedule hereto.
Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.

SCHEDULE.
MANAWATU DISTRICT.
KARERE BLOCK.
Part of Sections Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 89, containing together eight hundred and twenty-six (826) acres two (2) roods and fourteen (14) perches, more or less.
TOWNSHIP OF FOXTON.
Parts of Rural Sections Nos. 452 and 453, and Rural Sections Nos. 454 and 464, containing together six hundred and sixty-three (663) acres three (3) roods and twenty-six (26) perches, more or less.
MOTOA BLOCK.
Suburban Sections Nos. 34, 43, 44, 46, and part of Rural Section No. 83, containing together one hundred and fifty-nine (159) acres two (2) roods and twenty-four (24) perches, more or less.
WANGANUI DISTRICT.
Town Section No. 536, containing one (1) rood and twenty (20) perches, more or less.
Section No. 9 Campbell Town, containing thirty-seven (37) perches, more or less.
CITY OF WELLINGTON.
Allotment No. 88 in the Te Aro Pa Reserve, containing fourteen and a half (14½) perches, more or less.
PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF CROWN LANDS.
PROCLAMATION.

Province of Wellington, in the
Colony of New Zealand.
I, HENRY BUNNY, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, in pursuance of the regulations in this behalf, proclaim and notify that the several allotments of land situated in the Manawatu District, in the Wairarapa and East Coast Districts, in the Wanganui District, and in the Ohariu, Horokiwi Valley, and Hutt Districts, in the Province of Wellington, and which are specified in the schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by public auction, at the Crown Lands Office, in the City of Wellington, on Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 1876, at eleven (11) o’clock in the forenoon.
If at any time during the sale it shall appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service, to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said schedule, or to vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
