SURVEYED CROWN LANDS

TOWNSHIPS OF PALMERSTON, FOXTON, FITZHERBERT, FEATHERSTON, MASTERTON, WANGANUI, AND THE CITY OF WELLINGTON;

ALSO,

PASTORAL LAND ON THE EAST COAST,

AND

AGRICULTURAL LANDS IN THE OHARIU, HOROKIWI VALLEY, AND HUTT DISTRICTS.

The Palmerston town allotments are the balance of unsold Crown lands, and include some of the most valuable business sites in that important town. The rural sections, comprising 820 acres more or less, will be put at 20s. an acre.

The Foxton town, suburban, and rural sections, are well situated, and embrace the whole of the Crown lands in that neighbourhood.

The Fitzherbert, Featherston, Masterton, and Wanganui allotments, town and rural sections, were originally withheld from sale, but not being required for public purposes, are now offered.

Section 217 in the Pahaua Block, East Coast, containing 1,237 acres of pastoral land, having been declared pastoral land by the Waste Land Board, is put up for sale at 5s. per acre.

On allotment No. 33, Te Aro Pah Reserve, City of Wellington, is erected a dwelling-house containing six rooms.

The country sections in the Ohariu, Horokiwi Valley, and the Hutt, are the quantities remaining after satisfying all registered applications.

Lithographed maps and Gazettes can be obtained at the Crown Lands Office, Provincial Government Buildings, and from the District Surveyor, Mr. A. Dundas, Palmerston; and can be seen at the Wanganui, Foxton, Hutt, Greytown, and Masterton Reading Rooms.
