UNDER the provisions of the 31st clause of "The Protection of Animals Act, 1875," I, William Fitzherbert, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the gentlemen whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto to be Rangers for the Province of Wellington, to carry out the provisions of the said Act.
