Proclamation.
By His Honor William Fitzherbert,
Esquire, C.M.G., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
I, WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, in pursuance of the regulations in this behalf, proclaim and notify that the several allotments of land situated in the Pahaua Block, in the East Coast District, in the Province of Wellington, and which are specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by public auction, at the Crown Lands Office, in the City of Wellington, on Monday, the eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, at twelve o’clock noon.
If at any time during the sale it shall appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient to the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or to vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

NOTICE is hereby given that a part of Rural Section No. 553, in the Deferred Payments Block, at Palmerston, Manawatu, containing 50 acres, more or less, and having a frontage to the Rangitikei road, will be open for selection, at this office, on Monday, the 8th day of November next, under part I. of “The Wellington Special Settlements Act, 1871.”
