Proclamation.

By His Honor William Fitzherbert, Esquire, C.M.G., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.

I, WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, in pursuance of the regulations in that behalf, proclaim and notify that the several allotments of land situated in the township of Palmerston, in the Manawatu District, in the town of Wanganui, in the Tukapu District, in the Horokiwi Road District, in the Ohariu District, and in the Hutt District, in the Province of Wellington, and specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by public auction at the Crown Lands Office, in the City of Wellington, on Tuesday, the twenty-first day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, at twelve o’clock noon.

If at any time during the sale it shall appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, beneficial or expedient to the public service, to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or to vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.

Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this 13th day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
