Proclamation.
By His Honor William Fitzherbert, Esquire, C.M.G., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
I, WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the powers in me vested by the eighth section of “The Wellington Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act 1871,” proclaim and notify that sections Nos. 42, 43, 44, 46, and 48 in the Harbour District; Rural Sections Nos. 153, 156, 158, and 200 in the township of Carnarvon, in the Manawatu District; and Town Sections Nos. 81, 82, 139, and 140 in the township of Palmerston, in the Manawatu District, shall be and the same are hereby withdrawn from sale.
Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
