Three months ago I fully expected to have been able to pronounce the district again free from scab. However, it will be seen by the return that there are still three flocks which have not had clean certificates granted to them, although believed to be clean, but owing to the difficulty attending a clean muster, the owners of the two principal flocks have agreed with me to delay the inspection till after shearing, when I have every reason to believe that I will be able to pronounce them clean.
