City Council Regulations.

WE, the Mayor and Councillors of the City of Wellington, pursuant to the powers and provisions contained in “The Municipal Corporations Act 1867,” do make and ordain the following Regulations:—

No. 1.

A REGULATION to repeal a regulation prescribing certain fares and charges for hackney and borough stage carriages made under Part X., Subdivision 1, Section 48, of Schedule XIII, of said Act, and published in the Provincial Government Gazette of 24th September, 1872, No. 24, and to substitute other fares and charges in lieu thereof.
