Notice.

Native Land Court,

Auckland, June 8, 1871.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 19th day of October, 1870, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under the authority of the “Native Lands Act, 1865,” and the “Native Lands Act, 1867,” that the claim of Arapata Tapui Potaka and others to a piece of land called Otamakapua in the district of Whanganui, Province of Wellington, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 16th day of June, 1870, should be reheard before one Judge of the said Court and two Assessors thereof, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 30th of September next.

Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Middle Rangitikei, on the 12th of September next, for the rehearing of the aforementioned claim.

Na, he panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka noho te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori ki Te Arataumaihi, Rangitikei, a te 12 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1871, ki te whakawa hou i taua piihi whenua.
