NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Whanganui, in the District of Whanganui, Province of Wellington, on the 30th day of August next, will be heard the application of the persons whose names appear in the first column of the Schedule hereunder, for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grant for the piece of land, the name of which appears in the second column, situate in the District named in the third column.
