NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Whanganui, on the 30th August next, will be heard the claims of the persons whose names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the person deceased, whose name appears in the second column, in the block of land named in the third column.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are described in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Whanganui, on the thirtieth day of August next, and following days.
