Notice.
Native Land Court,
Auckland, June 8, 1871.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 26th of September, 1870, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under the authority of the "Native Lands Act, 1865," and the "Native Lands Act, 1867," that the claim of Pirika Po and others to a piece of land called Papawai South, in the district of Wairarapa, Province of Wellington, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 7th of May, 1870, should be reheard before one Judge of the said Court and two Assessors thereof, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 25th of September next.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Greytown, Wairarapa, on the 3rd of August next, for the rehearing of the aforementioned claim.

NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIM.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claim of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the block of land, of which the name and locality are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are described in a previous notice, will be investigated at Greytown, Wairarapa, on the third of August next, and following days.
