Notice.
Native Land Court,
Auckland, June 8, 1871.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 26th day of September, 1870, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under the authority of the "Native Lands Act, 1865," and the "Native Lands Act, 1867," that the claim of Matiaha Mokai and others to a piece of land called Te Ahikouka, in the district of Wairarapa, Province of Wellington, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand on the 12th day of May, 1870, should be reheard before one Judge of the said Court and two Assessors thereof, and that such rehearing shall take place before the twenty-fifth day of September next.
Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Greytown, Wairarapa, on the 3rd day of August next, for the rehearing of the aforementioned claim.
