Lost Land Orders.
I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled “The Lost Land Order Act, 1861,” to hear and decide claims for Crown Grants of Lands for which the original Land Orders or other documents relating thereto have been lost or destroyed, report that the claims of John McBeth, of Rangitikei, and George Young, late of Wellington, having been referred to me by command of the Governor, I do hereby decide that the aforesaid claimants are entitled to Crown Grants of the land referred to in the annexed Schedule.

NOTICE is hereby given that James Smith, late of Waimiorn, in the East Coast district, grazier, has transferred to Thomas Smith, and James Smith, Junr., all his interest in the Pasture Occupation License, dated 30th June, 1866, No. 102.
