I declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

1. The name and style of the Company is "The Never Despair Gold-mining Amalgamated Company (Registered)."

2. The place of operation is at Terawiti, in the province of Wellington.

3. The nominal capital is one thousand pounds sterling.

4. The amount already paid up in cash is two hundred and eighty-five pounds and sixpence (£285 0s 6d.)

5. The number of partly paid up shares allotted is three hundred and seventy-eight (378).

6. The number of fully paid up shares is two hundred and eleven (211).

7. The name of the Manager is John Fortescue Eveleyn Wright.

8. The office of the Company is at Lambton quay, Wellington.
