DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XII., of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming Title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the undermentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the annexed Schedule.

1489 1329 John Caw Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Rural Section No. 70, on the plan of the Hutt District. The legal Estate to be ante vested in the Grantee as from the 18th November, 1841.
1490 1661 Robert Few Entitled to a Crown Grant of the allotments numbered 96 and 97 on the sub-divisional plan of Rural Section No. 1, Harbour District, commonly called "Wade's Town." The legal Estate to be ante-vested in the Grantee as from the 24th March, 1844.
1491 1326 Jonathan Cape Entitled to a Crown Grant of the following sections of land in the Province of Wellington, namely, Section No. 258 on the plan of the City of Wellington. Rural Sections Nos. 44, Porirua, and 11, Makara Districts. Subject to a direction of the Commissioner. The legal Estate to be ante-vested in the Grantee as from the 29th August, 1851.
1492 1470 Sir Michael Seymour Entitled to Crown Grants of the following lands in the Province of Wellington, namely, Section No. 368 on the plan of the City of Wellington. Rural Sections Nos. 6 and 22, Pauatahanui District, and Rural Section No. 84, Porirua District. The legal Estate to be ante-vested therein, respectively, as from the 18th August, 1840, 1st August, 1848, 8th April, 1864, and 3rd June, 1841.
1493 1683 Richard Crawford Entitled to a Crown Grant of Section No. 27, Wainui-o-mata District. The legal Estate to be ante-vested in the Grantee as from the 26th February, 1847.
1494 1260 & 1412 William Barnard Rhodes Entitled to a Crown Grant of part of Rural Section No. 2, Harbour District, and to the whole of Rural Section No. 88, on the plan of the Porirua District. The legal Estate to be ante-vested in the former as from the 4th April, 1856, and in the latter as from the 17th February, 1859.

THE undermentioned Deeds of Grant having been duly executed, are now ready for delivery at this Office, under the authority of "Crown Grants Act, 1868."

A fee of sixpence is chargeable on each Crown Grant for every month during which it shall remain in this office after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice.

In cases where it is impossible for the party entitled to receive the Grant to attend in
