Sheriff's Notice of Sale under the Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867.

In the matter of
JAMES SPIERS, Plaintiff;
And
SAMUEL DUNCAN PARNELL, Defendant.

Amount Recovered, £119 9s. 2d.

I, JAMES COUTIS CRAWFORD, Sheriff of Wellington, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a writ of fieri facias issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand to me directed and delivered, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon a piece of land containing twenty acres, part of country section 36 of the Karori District, in the Province of Wellington, bounded on the north-west by other part of the said section, five hundred and ninety-six links; on the north-east by a private road fifty links wide, sixteen hundred and sixty-six links; on the north-west by other part of the said section, five hundred and ninety-six links; again, on the north-east by section 34, eight hundred and thirty-three links; on the south-east by other part of the said section, twelve hundred and forty-two links; and on the south-west by other part of the said section, two thousand four hundred and ninety-nine links; and also on another piece of land, containing ten acres, being part of country section 36, of the Karori District, bounded on the north-west by part of the same section, five hundred and ninety-six links; on the north-east by other part of the same section, sixteen hundred and sixty-six links; on the south-east by other part of the said section, five hundred and ninety-six links; on the south-west by a Public Road, sixteen hundred and sixty-six links; and also on another piece of land, containing five acres, being also part of the country section 36, Karori District, bounded on the north-west and south-east by other part of the same section, five hundred and ninety-six links; on the north-east by section 34, eight hundred and thirty-three links; and on the south-west by a Private Road, eight hundred and thirty-three links; that the Execution Debtor has the remainder in fee of the said several pieces of land; and that the said piece of land, containing ten acres, is subject to a mortgage to William Dorset, and that such lands having been taken into execution by the Execution Creditor, James Spiers, it is my intention to sell, or cause to be sold, the said aforesaid lands, with all buildings and appurtenances thereon, by Public Auction, at Thomas's Auction Mart, in the City of Wellington aforesaid, on Monday, the 30th day of January, 1871, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said amount of judgment, and all further costs and expenses incidental thereto; and I further give notice that James Gordon Allan, of the City of Wellington, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditor.
