Supreme Court.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court, for the Wellington District of New Zealand, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Monday the fifth day of September now next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances as Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Monday the twelfth day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to which time the sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Thursday the fifteenth day of September next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon.

I HEREBY give notice that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias, issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to me directed and delivered, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon part of section one hundred and ninety, situate in Willis street, in the City of Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing sixty-six feet frontage to Willis street, by a depth of one hundred and fifty-six feet, being the property in fee simple (subject to a mortgage to the Mutual Investment Society) of the above named Robert Sutcliffe (such land having been taken in execution at the suit of the execution creditors), and that it is my intention to sell or cause the said property, with all building and appurtenances thereon, to be sold by public auction, at "Thomas'" Auction Mart, Wellington, aforesaid, on Monday, the 19th day of September, 1870, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment, and all further costs and expenses incidental thereto. And I further give notice that Messrs. Hart & Buckley, of the City of Wellington, are Solicitors for the Plaintiffs.
