NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder writren, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are described in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Middle Rangitikei, on the 14th of June next and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and locality of Block. Boundaries as translated from the Claims.
Hoani Mete Te Hamui No. 2, Rangitikei Part of the Parewanui Reserve, Rangitikei, Province of Wellington. Situated on both sides of the main road from Whanganui to Wellington, and bounded on the north by part of the said Reserve claimed by Hamuera Te Rahikokiritia; on the west by part claimed by Kawana Hunia Te Mokena Kaiatua; and on the east by the claim of Te Ratana known as Te Raomanga.
Erina Ratana Te Rapa, Rangitikei Parawai, Rangitikei Bounded on the north by land claimed by Ripeka Hemara; on the west by land claimed by Te Mokena Kaiatua; on the south by a piece claimed by Mohi Mahi; and on the east by a piece formerly reserved to the Church of England.
Erina Ratana and others Te Raomanga, Rangitikei Part of the Parewanui Reserve, Rangitikei in the Province of Wellington. Bounded on the north by a piece claimed by Hunia Te Hakeke and others; on the east by a piece claimed by Aperahama Reihana; on the south by a piece claimed by Maikara; and on the west by pieces claimed by Hoani Mohi and Hori Te Mohi.
Ratana Ngahina Te Kapakapa, Rangitikei Part of Parewanui Reserve, Rangitikei, in the Province of Wellington. Bounded on the north by part of the said reserve claimed by Reupene Kewetone and others; on the east by part claimed by Aperahama Reihana; on the south by land claimed by Hakaraia, and by pieces claimed by Kawana Hunia and Hamuera; and on the west by the present road from Wanganui to Wellington.
Te Mokena Kaiatua Wharekauwai No. 3 Rangitikei Parewanui, Rangitikei, Province of Wellington. A small piece of land, bounded on the north by the claim of Aperahama Reihana; on the east by a road reserve separating it from the claim of Erina Ratana; on the south by the claim of Wiremu Mokomoko; and on the west by the present road from Whanganui to Wellington.
