The Ohariu Gold Mining Company (Registered).
I, THE undersigned, JAMES O’SHEA, of Wellington, hereby make application to register the ‘Ohariu Gold Mining Company (Registered)’ under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865, and the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869; and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the company is ‘The Ohariu Gold Mining Company (Registered).’

The place of operations is on George Hawkin’s farm, at Ohariu.

The nominal capital is three hundred and sixty pounds, in sixty shares of six pounds each.

The amount already paid up in cash is seventy-four pounds and fifteen shillings.

The number of partly paid up shares allotted is fifty.

The name of the Manager is James O’Shea.

The office of the company is in Harbor street, Wellington.
