Appointment of W. W. Taylor Esq. as Deputy Superintendent.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston Esquire Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.
ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON Superintendent of the Province of Wellington do hereby in virtue of the powers vested in me in this behalf proclaim and appoint
WILLIAM WARING TAYLOR, Esq., M.H.R., J.P. of Wellington to be Deputy Superintendent and as such to perform and exercise all such acts and powers as I am empowered to confer upon a Deputy.
Given under my hand at Wellington this twenty ninth day of November one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.

PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor William Waring Taylor Esquire Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by the Land Regulations now in force in the Province of Wellington it is declared that all Reserves for the Sites of Township or suburban lands for the Sites of Agricultural and Small Farm Settlements or for any other purpose of public advantage safety convenience health or enjoyment shall be determined by the Superintendent who shall notify the same by Proclamation wherein the object shall be specified for which any such Reserves shall be made And whereas it would be of public advantage if certain lands in the Township of Foxton in the Manawatu district were set apart as Ferry Reserves Now therefore I William Waring Taylor Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in virtue of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf do hereby proclaim and declare that suburban Section No. 268 containing one hundred and twenty-two (122) acres more or less and suburban Section No. 269 containing thirty (30) acres more or less situated in the Township of Foxton in the Manawatu district are hereby reserved and set apart as Ferry Reserves.
Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington at Wellington this tenth day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.
